Our Chef à la carte Julian Mai surprises guests with an international yet honest, straightforward cuisine and believes strongly in using traditional, locally sourced products. The wines served at the Saltz restaurant are presented to guests in six wine cabinets in the entrance area. Swiss wines are the main focus, and are complemented by rarities and niche products from Europe and a varying selection of open wines.

In the summer, the large panoramic sun terrace invites you to dine in the open air. The lounge area is the perfect place for drinks, a glass of wine or snacks. The Saltz terrace is open daily, weather permitting.
