«We will never forget our wedding weekend at the Dolder Grand. Even the arrival at the hotel, which looks like a fairytale castle, is impressive. When you finally go inside, you are left speechless. As the Dolder Grand is one of the few external locations of the Zurich civil registry office, our civil wedding ceremony could take place in the romantic Dolder Library. After the ceremony, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and celebrated with our guests in the Garden Salon. All of this in an outstanding ambience with a large terrace and a fantastic view over Zurich. The Dolder team is highly professional and always courteous. The planning and execution of the wedding went absolutely smoothly thanks to this great supervision. Surprisingly, we didn't find the wedding stressful at all because of the excellent service. After an overnight stay in the hotel - the room decorated with rose petals was even equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub -, a delicious breakfast in the Saltz restaurant and a visit to the Dolder Spa area, we were completely relaxed again the very next day. «It was the wedding of a lifetime - from the first impression at the meeting to the clear price and service structure through to the wedding reception, we experienced the entire event team as a professional partner. The consultation including the rehearsal dinner, flower selection with special flower arrangements and the finale before the ceremony were perfectly executed. In October 2023 we were able to hold the wedding celebration in the library with our closest friends, followed by an aperitif in the Garden Salon (complemented by great champagne aperitifs and super delicious canapés). In the evening we enjoyed our dinner with our guests in the beautifully decorated Garden Salon with outstanding Dolder service and lots of gourmet delicacies. We were also able to round off the perfect wedding celebration with our DJ in the 2nd salon. We enjoyed a night in the beautiful junior suite followed by a fantastic breakfast. A huge compliment to the entire Dolder team, the event team, kitchen, flower service, waiters, hotel team, etc. We were thrilled and will always look back fondly on our day together in perfect surroundings.»
