The technical log data generated during Wi-Fi usage is used exclusively to resolve technical issues and is regularly deleted. We recommend encrypting your communications while using this Wi-Fi. Please note: In any Wi-Fi network, it is relatively easy for others within the same network to intercept your data traffic. Using communication encryption through https:// or a trusted VPN provider can enhance your data security.

1. By using our Wi-Fi, you agree to comply with applicable laws.
2. The service must not be disrupted or negatively impacted (e.g., through excessive use).
3. Sending or receiving content that violates human rights (as defined by the European Convention on Human Rights) or is discriminatory (per BV Art. 8, Sections 2 and 3) is strictly prohibited.

We do not deploy technical tools to enforce these rules. However, in case of violations, we reserve the right to disable access to the Wi-Fi and/or request that you leave our premises.

We do not guarantee the basic functionality of the Wi-Fi or a minimum data rate. Liability claims, including for offenses committed by users, are expressly excluded.
