This unique culinary experience unites the hotel’s extraordinary past with its vibrant present and offers a visionary glimpse of the future. From 20 September, guests can embark on a culinary journey through the inspiring world of luxury cuisine in an incomparable atmosphere with an elegant Art Deco style.

Another dazzling highlight of the Dolder Grand’s anniversary year: Michelin-star chef and Culinary Director Heiko Nieder invites his guests into a world of exquisite culinary delights with “The Grand Heritage”. Inspired by the masterpieces of the legendary Auguste Escoffier, the founder of Grande Cuisine, Heiko Nieder has created dishes that perfectly blend classic and contemporary luxury cuisine.

The Art Deco-style restaurant creates a true “Grand Heritage” feel. In keeping with the customs of traditional luxury restaurants, the menus are in French, the fine silverware comes from the Dolder Grand’s historic stock and the service staff tend to guests in uniforms with a decidedly nostalgic air about them. The smooth electro swing adds the finishing touch to the ambience. An immersive experience that pays homage to the past, celebrates the present and offers a tantalising glimpse of the future.
